The Springbridge Driving for the Disabled (RDA) Centre was the first venue to be used for Equi-Therapy training and the driving ponies – used almost daily with their specially adapted carriages to take wheelchairs – have been enthusiastic “patients” for Gilliyan’s massage therapy! The Centre has wonderful modern facilities with a large community and training room with low windows giving an excellent view of the surrounding fields, facilities for instruction in comfortable surroundings and indoor stabling allowing training to continue in the worst of weathers. Gilliyan and Amanda normally teach at Springbridge.
