Gilliyan Carter-Morgan (ESMT Dip FT/ST Dip, NMM, DOT) ETUK Principle Tutor
Gilliyan is the principal tutor & founder of Equi-Therapy™ UK. She has worked and been around horses since a very young age and has developed an extensive knowledge of the relationship between horse and rider and what influences their performance. She has always had a fascination for learning, especially where horses are concerned. Equine Sports Massage was a natural progression for her after spending several years as a Personal Trainer and Human Sports Massage Therapist.
In December 2003 Gilliyan took over the teaching of an already well-established Equine Massage Diploma course, accredited by Active Associates. Since then the ETUK course has evolved significantly and become more specialised offering both professional and non-professional qualifications to the equine world.
Gilliyan is now a recognised authority on all aspects of equine massage techniques and frequently provides articles to the major horse publications; she has also recently become a regular guest on Talk Radio Europe.
Gilliyan teaches at both Nottingham and Leicester venues.
Gilliyan is now a regular guest on Talk Radio Europ; she provides information on Equi-Therapy UK training and offers her professional advice on many equine-related issues. The interviews are available on YouTube.
