We will process your personal data to allow us to provide you with our services as your training provider and/or therapist, for statistical analysis and to assess your suitability to access our services where applicable. Consultation and Treatment forms and other information concerning the specific services provided by Equi-TherapyUK will be retained for a period of 7 years from the last date of treatment/services as required by law. Your data will not be shared with anyone without prior permission and will eventually be destroyed by shredding. Your data may be used to manage future communications between us including about our products and services. You can opt out from receiving such communications at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning 07909-990445.
