Back Care for Riders Workshop

Our Equine Back Care workshop is designed for the everyday horse owner who wishes to learn and utilise basic mobilising and stretching techniques to improve the overall care and maintenance of their body.

The workshop will include useful exercises & stretches that can be easily incorporated into your daily lifestyle. These exercises & stretches are aimed at any level of mobility and will be carefully demonstrated and performed by each attendee throughout the workshop.

Equine Back Care Workshop for Riders

Students are asked (but not expected) to wear suitable loose clothing, bring a mat to lie on, water to keep hydrated and a small towel to use as a head prop.

Workshop Duration: 2-3 hours (max)

Our workshops are mainly carried out at Kirsty Hardstaff Equestrian, Hall Farm, Main Street, Linby, Nottingham, NG15 8AE; although alternative venues can be organised by prior arrangement.

The cost of this workshop is £55.00 and includes handouts & visual aids, including a certificate of attendance.

There is a maximum intake of 4 participants per workshop.  This will help to ensure the quality of the teaching and maximise your learning potential.

Please Note:

This workshop is specifically designed for horse owners & will directly chlorate to our daily lives.

Any predisposed conditions or injuries will need to be highlighted & discussed prior to the workshop.
